Guide to Activating Your MemberSplash Account 

Welcome to Hidden Hollow and Knowlton Swim Club! We use MemberSplash to efficiently manage memberships, payments, and communication. Follow this step-by-step guide to activate your account and start enjoying your membership. 

IF YOU ARE A RETURNING MEMBER:

If you were a member in 2022,2023, or 2024 you’re already in our system! Simply head to the login page, click “Forgot Password”, and follow the instructions to access your account.

IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER:

Step 1: Access the MemberSplash Login Page 

  1. Open your web browser and go to KnowltonHiddenHollow.com 
  2. Click on “Login” in the top-right corner. 

Step 2: Activate Your Account 

If this is your first time logging in, follow these steps: 

  1. Click on “Retrieve Username & Password.” 
  2. Enter the email address associated with your membership application. If you are a returning member, use the email linked to your membership account. 
  3. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
  4. Once you’ve set your password, return to the login page, enter your email and new password, and log in. 

Step 3: Complete Your Profile 

  1. After logging in, click on “Account” in the dashboard. 
  2. Verify and update your personal information:  
    • Click on the three vertical dots next to your name and update the following:  
      • First Name, Last Name
      • Member Type
      • Gender
      • Birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY)
      • Email
      • Phone Number
      • Upload a profile photo. Profile photos must be of the person on the membership.
  3. Complete the waiver by clicking on the blue form next to your name. If applicable, add additional family members:

      • Click on the three dots next to “Members” and select “Add Member.” 
      • Complete steps 2 and 3 for each additional family member. 
  4. Add an emergency contact:  
    • Click the three dots next to “Emergency Contact” and select “Edit Emergency Contact.” 
    • Enter the following details:  
      • Full Name 
      • Phone Number (Must be entered with dashes: XXX-XXX-XXXX). 

Step 4: Review & Confirm Membership 

  1. Navigate to “Make a Payment” under “Membership.” 
  2. Under “Membership Fee,” check the box next to “2025 Membership Dues” and select the members you wish to pay for. 
  3. Additionally, you may add guess passes. Member accounts can purchase three Five Visit Guest Passes in a season.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method:  
    • Check Payment: Print the bill generated after submitting your order and mail it along with your check. Your membership status will remain pending until we receive your check. 
    • Credit Card Payment: A 3% processing fee will be applied. 
    • ACH Payment: Avoid the processing fee by paying via ACH transfer.
  5. Once payment is processed, your account will be fully activated, granting you access to all member benefits! 

Step 5: Explore Member Features 

  • Sign Up for Events or Lessons – View and register for upcoming events and swim programs under “Events.” 
  • Update Preferences – Customize your notification settings to receive club announcements.
